Executive Summary

An opportunity has arisen within Salon Supplies, a professional hairdressing wholesaler, for a field based Sales Representative/Account Manager. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all our existing customers. They will visit salons/barbers within a defined area, take orders, and deal with all customer account queries.

This is an exciting field based role and some experience in customer services or sales would be ideal but not essential. A full driving licence is crucial to the success of this role and living within the defined area is preferable.

Purpose of your role

To provide excellent customer service and be the main point of contact for our customers. Look to develop new business opportunities with salons across the defined geographic area.

Key job accountabilities

1. Ensure customer service standards are maintained at the highest level

2. Maintain, develop and grow the existing business on area

3. Achieve sales targets as defined by the Sales Manager

4. Collect outstanding account balances from clients, manage any returns

5. Maintain knowledge of products and keep up to date with new products and promotions and be prepared to deliver/present products to salon teams

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
