Our client, a well-known and market-leading environmental research company, is currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join their account management team. The Account Manager will be responsible for acting as a point of contact for a range of allocated accounts.
Responsibilities for the Account Manager
Provide a pivotal role linking all aspects of the business together to ensure an exceptional client experience
Responsible for managing all service concerns or queries in accordance with our clients Quality system
Update and document client communications within a CRM
Key Skills & Experience for the Account Manager
Essential
Experience managing accounts or working in a customer-facing role
Experience working with a CRM or an LIMS System
A background, Degree or Knowledge of science is beneficial
Strong written and spoken communication skills
