Inclusive Consulting are delighted to be partnered with our long-term manufacturing client in their search for a Group Financial Reporting Manager based in Sheffield. The company is a highly successful and growing international business.

You will be a highly technical chartered accountant with previous experience in an international business. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the CFO on CI projects including FP&A and will support the CFO in maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders.

You will manage group reporting with full ownership of the Group’s budgeting and forecasting, with experience of group consolidations. You will also have the opportunity to create and oversee the rollout of a group-wide rolling forecast process.

Overseeing the development of the Group Financial Accountant, this is a rare opportunity for a technically-minded individual to take their next step in a strategically-focused senior role. Previous experience of FX and Asset Based Lending would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the global group reporting & consolidation process for month end results across all regions.

· Implement improvements throughout the group reporting process.

· Liaising with auditors and tax advisors to ensure that all statutory reporting & filing deadlines are met.

· Ensure an adequate internal control environment exists and that the Group meets all financial compliance requirements.

· Implementation of the Group Treasury and Taxation strategy.

· Manage and develop the Financial Accounting team.

· Qualified accountant essential

· Experience working for an international company essential

· ABL experience preferred
