What will you do?

This is a biddable media role focused on Paid Social and Paid Search media. You’ll be instrumental to client relationships, responsible for supporting and coordinating the team day to day, ensuring tight management of campaigns, reporting and optimisation. We have a culture where everyone mucks in so you won’t be afraid to roll your sleeves up when the team need help.

Working with our data & strategy teams, you’ll lead and support in developing the marketing direction/strategy for the client given their business objectives. Our clients are challenger brands so whilst it will be challenging to out-spend category leaders, you’ll be focused on outsmarting the category by using data, technology and platform optimisation. As well as this, you’ll identify opportunities and generate ideas for your clients, within and outside of briefs and across the business becoming a trusted partner and adviser to them.

About You

Passionate about media & communications; you see how biddable media can make a real difference to a client and their objectives. With previous experience in Paid Social and Paid Social, you will be an excel aficionado, with a head for numbers and a heart for creativity.

Adaptable to learning new technologies you will be a native across digital platforms, a perfectionist with your work and keen to contribute your own ideas and opinions in meetings. You know ad trafficking platforms and digital tracking technologies as second nature and are comfortable advising clients on the best strategies to achieve their goals.

Natural to you will be stakeholder management and you will effectively do this with internal teams as well as the relevant external stakeholders. Quickly becoming symbiotic with the account team and media planners, you will also be used to guiding and developing junior team members.
