Job : Technical Account Manager / Co-ordinator
Location: Gloucestershire
About the Company: A dynamic and innovative construction solutions provider is seeking a Technical Account Manager / Co-ordinator to join their team. Working for an SME business whereby everyone works to a common goal, working within a small technical team whereby you will have your own tasks to be responsible for. – a great opportunity for someone who thoroughly enjoys working with Clients and is process and project orientated with a fabulous eye for detail
Position Overview: Reporting to the Manager of Technical Support Manager , this person will be responsible for ensuring that all Clients needs are met in terms of reporting, Client liaison and technical documentation. This role requires a good understanding of technology and technical solutions. Main aim of this role will be to manage all administration and co-ordinate a number of Clients accounts
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with Clients
- Provide co-ordination and guidance to project teams.
- Conduct technology assessments and maintenance works
- Assist with creating contracts
- Oversee subcontractors works and programmes in line with industry standards
- Collate health checks of Clients systems and produce detailed reports
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for each Client – ensuring that engineers are fully equipped to undertake their roles when on a Clients site
- Ensure Technical database is up to date at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure solutions and feedback and analyse root causes of any issues
- Be part of the teams continual improvement process
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar technical/ construction role as a project co-ordinator or account manager
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential for this role
- Junior Project management experience is advantageous .

Hours of work – Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30 – Based on site and Clients Head Offices in Gloucestershire
