Finance – Transaction Support – Real Estate Fund Finance – (12 month Contract)

A large real estate investment fund has an exciting role for a commercially astute fund controller with experience of being the bridge between finance and the deal team to support on

This is a 12 month FTC, paying in the region £75,000-£85,000 + benefits

The successful candidate will be supporting accounting matters pertaining to acquisitions, disposals, corporate and fund structures.

Responsibilities may include:

• Advising on accounting and tax matters in relation to deals
• Managing debt financing facilities and maintaining the loan covenants
• Ensuring compliance with fund investment governance
• Reviewing fund valuations
• Advising on accounting policy for transactions
• Managing internal and external stakeholders

To be considered for this role you:

• must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, ACMA etc)
• must have real estate fund control experience
• must have have experience of supporting the deal team with accounting matters related to closing deals
• should be an energetic, self starter and strong communicator
